The Creativity Patch is devoted to teaching weaving skills and selling weaving equipment and supplies. All information here is my personal opinion. I encourage you to come to your own conclusions about what works best for you. The Creativity Patch cannot be held responsible for projects that do not work out as planned.

Shipping of Physical Goods
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Creativity Patch cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
Physical items will ship within three business days of payment, excluding U.S. holidays, and any periods of time when I am out of the studio due to traveling or teaching. I will always indicate on my site and by email if there will be a delay in shipment longer than three business days.
When your package is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please retain this information for your records.
Note that I am required by law to list the contents and actual value for international shipments. Please take into account your country’s customs fees, as I cannot alter this information.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to me without notifying me before you do so.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2199 E. Sundown Rd. Kingman Arizona US 86409.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

If you choose to be added to my mailing list, I will send you a bi-weekly newsletter that includes news and information on fiber arts, related crafts, my blog content, and updates on items in my shop. You can opt out of this newsletter any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, or you can notify me at email@example.com, and I will promptly remove you from my mailing list.
The Creativity Patch courses are hosted on Teachable, where you will create a user account. When you sign up for a course on The Creativity Patch, you will have the option to be added to The Creativity Patch mailing list. If you do not wish to do so, you can ignore the email message.
